When arriving to your session, do your best not to rush. Give yourself time to arrive and settle in to allow yourself to relax during your experience.

WHAT TO WEAR

Loose clothing. Tight and restricted clothing may cause distractions due to discomfort.

DURING YOUR SESSION

Come with an open heart and mind. The less resistant you are the more you will experience.

  • Set an intention and reflect on what you would like to gain from the session. Some ideas are: to reduce stress, pain relief, or emotional healing.
  • Communicate with me - you are welcome to share any concerns, what you want to release, and share your experiences in your healing journey.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Hydrate. It's best to avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and caffeine after.

The energy of Reiki and the sound bath will flow through your body for the next 24-48 hours. Be kind to your body. Take time to relax and reflect on your experience.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! Your experience means a lot to me. If there are any concerns I am here to work through them with you.
